Prase rough PRR109 mookatite Displaying purple lepidolite associated withPRR 109. Dimensions at widest points approximately 100 mm x 95 mm x 70 mm thick. Weighs 1,031grams. Prase is a chrome rich chert. The green colour usually derives from minor mineral content, most commonly the green chromiferous muscovite mica, fuchsite. There are numerous Prase deposits in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
