Issue, c. 1916 Auction Archive he was commissioned as aA complete Mark II, 1907 Patent, Ross Rifle Bayonet, measuring 407 mm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 25cm long magnetic steel blade, demonstrating altered shape with a pointed tip and dull blade. The ricasso is unmarked on the obverse and reverse, with an intact short quillion and full muzzle ring. The grip consists of two wedges of walnut brown wood that are held together by a series of two horizontally mounted screws.
