The nose opens with delicate notes of Meyer lemon, green apple, and white strawberry, overlaid by hints of fresh pastry and shortbread. The palate is bright and textural, with creamy mousse and lively acidity carrying flavours of citrus, crisp apple, brioche, and subtle beeswax. A flinty mineral line adds length and elegance to the finish.
