Japan, Empire. An Order Of The Sacred Treasure, Iii Class United Republic of Two Pairs of German ArmyInstituted January 4, 1888 by Emperor Meiji. In silver, a four point star, with each arm consisting of five with enamel arms of varying lengths, with small red enamelled dots in the shape of an eight point star, the obverse medallion features a silver flower superimposed on a blue enamelled field, surrounded by a gilt ring, the reverse presents four rivets in the middle of each arm and a central Japanese inscription, marked with a small M at 6 oclock,
